This is… crazy. NECTAR #1’s massive first printing has sold out early, and the issue is getting a second printing with updated and new covers! I’m flabbergasted by the response to my first comic book. If you’re one of the many people who were hoping to just pick it up when it came out, that might be difficult now. BUT, the second printing will arrive at the same time as issue 2, so you can buy them together. Just be sure to reserve your copy!

Vault Comics and #1 New York Times bestselling author Jeremy Robinson have announced Excommunicated, a new supernatural horror series arriving in May 2026.
Written by Robinson with art by Tiago Palma, colors by Manuel J. Rodriguez, letters by Jim Campbell, and design by Tim Daniel, the series blends mystery, action, and occult terror into a story of faith gone very wrong.

His take reexamines the figure of the satan and the mysterious Elohim, building a mythos that challenges common interpretations. The result is a story packed with dark humor, violence, and theological twists.
Robinson reunites with Palma, Rodriguez, and Campbell following previous collaborations, calling the team a perfect fit for capturing the series’ Boston setting, unsettling creatures, and visceral intensity. At the center of it all are Sister Josephine and Edimmu, a pairing Robinson says he is genuinely excited for readers to meet.
Robinson’s work continues to expand across media. His novel Project Nemesis is currently in development as a television series with director Chad Stahelski and producers Original Film and Sony Pictures Television. Through his Breakneck Comics imprint, Robinson is also publishing three graphic novels annually, pushing into bold and unconventional territory.
Excommunicated #1 arrives in comic shops in May 2026 with variant covers by Joshua Hixson, Tyler Crook, Tiago Palma, Ito, Jeremy Robinson, and additional artists to be revealed.

They’ll have signed copies at the regular price and copies with a “remark” a little drawing by me, for an extra $20. You will see MANY different cover options, some of which are priced higher because they are RARE. The more expensive, the rarer it is. BUT if you don’t have money to burn, fear not, you can still buy issue 1 at the $3.99 retail price, too.

Yeah, sales for Nectar #1 are bonkers and we’re already heading to a second printing before issue 1 has hit store shelves. If you missed the first run, no worries, you can still get the second printing, which will come out on the same day as issue 2. The cover will be a modified color, and several stores are doing new variant covers. The primary issue 2 cover by Chris Shehan is to the right. There will be a variant cover by Wayshack for each issue as well.
Issue 2 Story:
