The time has come!

Two years ago, I decided to pursue a lifelong dream in the only way I know how–full commitment, big time, all in. I could have just worked on a single comic book and tested the waters before working on the second. That would have been smart, but that’s not how I operate. I’m a risk taker.

So, instead of playing it safe, I launched an entire comic book branch of Breakneck (Breakneck Comics) and wrote scripts for FIVE titles. I then hired art teams for the books, and like John Hammond, spared no expense. A huge risk, but that risk paid off.

The books came out so amazing that we were able to partner with Vault Comics, one of the hottest indie publishers in the business, who have agreed to publish all of the Breakneck titles over the next few years, and if the first books are a hit, there will be many more to come!

But Jeremy, I don’t read comic books!

ISLAND 731 – Issue 1 – Out Now!

GODZILLA – Rage Across Time!

Since I was a kid, I have dreamed up Godzilla stories. Anyone who reads my novels knows that the big G had an influence on my storytelling, resulting in novels like PROJECT NEMESIS (and its sequels), and APOCALYPSE MACHINE, not to mention the upcoming UNITY. Over the past few years, I’ve been lucky enough to blaze a trail for a new literary sub-genre, the Kaiju Thriller. Creating and building this new sub-genre led to big sales, and the PROJECT NEMESIS comic book, which is closing in on the amazing sixth and final issue. With Nemesis, I was fortunate to be teamed up with artist Matt Frank, who helped design Nemesis for the novels, and Bob Eggleton, who created six amazing variant covers. And all this is just the beginning for my own kaiju creations.

PROJECT NEMESIS #2 – Available Now!

PROJECT NEMESIS #2 exploded into comic stores on Wednesday, and I am excited to share the first few preview pages of the comic with you. Written by myself and illustrated by Matt Frank, the second issue has more carnage and action than before, with Nemesis on the loose and reigning construction and chaos in her path. Pick up issue two at CaptainCo .

Nemesis is wreaking havoc all over New England, and she’s not even in her final stages! FC-P Investigator Jon Hudson is neck-deep in monster mayhem, but he’ll need luck convincing the authorities that it’s actually a kaiju tearing down buildings on the way to Boston. Meanwhile, people are going missing, bodies are turning up torn to shreds, and General Lance Gordon is showing some disturbing changes following a heart transplant from Nemesis herself…
